Day 2 - Around the yard...

While Aidan was napping today I thought I would try a few shots of things around our yard.  I now think I may need a macro lens - as I wasn't able to get as close to some of my subjects as I wanted to - but I'm pretty happy with the results.

Day 1 - At the beach...

We spent New Year's Eve with friends in Coronado - so we headed to the beach on New Year's Day. I hadn't taken my camera off automatic at the beach yet - so I gave it a shot today. Aidan loved the sand and the water - even though it was freezing!
